None of the stages of the production process requires additional heat, which is why the electricity
consumption is only around 40 to 175 kWh, depending on the type of adhesive produced, which is a
significant difference compared to the production of formaldehyde resins, which require the supply of large
amounts of energy for multiple polycondensation processes. In addition, since the glue formation process is
associated only with different types of mixing of ingredients, instead of energy-consuming condensation
processes as in the case of UFH glue, the whole process allows you to significantly reduce energy consumption.
